Free HOA Workshops Return in 2025 — First Session March 13

GREELEY, Colo — The 2025 Homeowner Association (HOA) workshop series starts on March 13 with an important topic — understanding the roles of board members and HOA members. Amanda Ashley and Melissa Garcia of Altitude Community Law will discuss various homeowner and board duties. They will explain what these responsibilities mean and how to comply.  

2025 HOA Workshop Schedule 

  • March 13: Board Powers and Duties vs. Homeowner Powers and Duties — What’s the Difference and Why Should You Care? 
  • June 12: Greeley Codes  
  • September 11: Who is Responsible for Taking Care of “Weird Stuff” in the Community? 
  • October 9: Required/Recommended Policies — Do You Have Them and Are They Up to Date? 

All classes will be held from 5:30-8 p.m. at the Greeley Family FunPlex, 1501 65th Avenue. Light refreshments will be available. Pre-register with the Community Development Office at 970-350-9780 or cd_admin_team@greeleygov.com.
