Introduced Ordinances
Prior to adoption, an ordinance must be introduced at any regular or special meeting of the City Council. Pursuant to Sec. 3-17 of the Greeley Home Rule Charter, if an ordinance is approved on first introduction, it shall be published in full, with notice given with that publication of the day, hour and place the Council will hold a public hearing on the ordinance before its passage.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Greeley intends to submit an application for a 2024 United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Brownfield Cleanup Grant for the 978-Acre Shurview Property located North of US Hwy 34 Business and bisected by State Hwy 257, Greeley, CO.
